PRODUCT DETAILS
Jinan Zhongwei Forged Grinding Balls are made from high carbon
steel bars with the proper alloying elements.
Bars are heated to forging temperatures and formed into nearly
perfect spheres.
Then, balls are heat-treated to provide the necessary wear and
impact resistance properties.
Available ball sizes include 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5" and 5".
Size reduction of raw materials for subsequent beneficiation in the
process industries.
High carbon steels (0.6-1.0%C) with controlled amounts of alloying
elements.
Our products are manufactured to quality specifications that are
based on the ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
